WHAT:

Executive Function Skill Building Behavior Support Group for Adults

Join us on a journey of harnessing your strengths, understanding current barriers, and building effective strategies to start living the life you want for yourself! This group is designed for individuals who:

  • are newly diagnosed with Adult ADHD and are looking for community and support

  • may not have an ADHD diagnosis but are looking for new ways of doing things

  • want tips, tricks, and strategies on how to get stuff done

  • are wanting to take action on their ever-growing todo list

  • want increased awareness and support with their executive function skills

Each week we will focus on different areas of executive function, how to set effective goals and create workable action plans, and learn new strategies to reduce barriers around reaching the goals we set for ourselves!


WHEN:

November 4th-December 23rd
Monday Evenings for 8 Weeks 5:00-6:00pm CT / 7:00-8:00pm ET

HOW MUCH:

$400 for 8 weeks
Individuals will be charged $50 after each session
FSA/HSA Accepted

HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Online Video Format — Open to individuals in IL and CT

  • Small groups for easier chatting and discussion

  • Resources provided each week

  • Skill acquisition PLUS workshopping time to practice skills

  • Daily check-in with Caren available via chat and phone

  • Facilitated group accountability chat between sessions

This group will be led by Caren Kangas, BCBA, ADHD-CCSP. Caren specializes in working with individuals to build skills and create lasting behavior change.
