Caren Kangas, BCBA, ADHD-CCSP (she/her)

Board Certified Behavior Analyst, ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider

Services provided: Individual, group, and parent skill building and behavior support services

With over 15 years in the classroom, Caren has seen first hand how "invisible" challenges can erode a person’s confidence and success.

Witnessing the "in the trenches" reality of chaotic mornings and frustrated children, she recognized a recurring pattern: capable, dynamic individuals and loving families who were simply exhausted—stuck in a cycle of reactive stress because standard advice fails to account for how the brain actually works.

Caren believes that for an individual to thrive, the entire ecosystem must be addressed. A child cannot regulate their emotions at school if they aren’t resting at home; an adult cannot perform at work if their home operations are in constant friction; and a parent cannot lead with calm intention if they are drowning in "cognitive drain" and decision fatigue.

Her approach is a direct partnership that goes far beyond simple suggestions. By focusing on practical, real-world strategies, she and her clients move life out of survival mode and into a rhythm of daily success and intentional living.
