Executive Function Skill Building Behavior Support Group for Adults


WHAT:

This group is designed for anyone wanting increased awareness and support in executive functioning, setting goals, creating action plans, and learning skills to reduce barriers. Each week we will focus on an area of executive function, learn how to structure a plan, and track progress so that we see results. Individual and group accountability support will be provided along the way.


GROUP HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Online Video Format—open to individuals in IL and CT

  • Small groups for easier chatting and discussion

  • Resources provided each week

  • Skill acquisition PLUS workshopping time to practice skills

  • Daily check-in with Caren available via chat and phone

  • Facilitated group accountability chat between sessions


WHEN:

Mondays and Wednesdays 11am-12pm CT / 12pm-1pm ET.

  • Begins: Monday, June 3rd, 2024

  • Last session: Wednesday, Aug 14th, 2024

  • No classes July 22nd and July 24th

  • Additional Thursday Drop-In Support Session Included! Thursdays 11am-12pm CT / 12pm-1pm ET


WHERE:

Online video platform (Open to individuals in Illinois and Connecticut)

HOW MUCH:

$50 per hour

  • Individuals will be charged after each session

  • Thursday Drop-Ins are included in the cost

NOTE: FSA/HSA Accepted and Superbills Available


SIGN UP:
